Eating my way through This Perfect City

One of the many great things about San Francisco is it’s food. One of the most diverse cities in the world does not let down with it’s cuisine. After doing some very strenuous research (you’re welcome), I’ve compiled a list of places I recommend you visit!

One of the first places I recommend is great for happy hour. Southside Spirit House is a SOMA (South of Market) afterwork hot spot. Its one of the first bars I ever went to in the city that was shown to me by a local. They have create appetizers such as tacos (my favorite in the city), pizza, and tater tots. This bar gets crowded so prepare to be in a hectic atmosphere!

The next place I recommend is one of my favorites for breakfast. The Creamery has amazing breakfast for even more amazing prices. The French Toast and Eggs Benedict are some of the best I’ve had in the city. They also serve lunch which I’ve never had, but I have full faith in this place! They also have an hour door area where dogs are allowed. Because they’re a little more out of central SOMA they don’t get as crowded as other places do. So perfect for a Sunday brunch when everywhere else has an hour wait!

The third and final place I have to mention is 21st Amendment. An awesome bar with a watermelon beer that is famous around the city. What makes the Hell or High Watermelon stand out is that they add an actual watermelon slice to the rim of your beer. When weather is nice they also have an outside seating area. But with the big windows the outdoors come inside and brighten the place up regardless!

I hope you found this post helpful! I also hope you get a chance to try each of these places. If there are any places you recommend please comment them below and I’ll make sure to check them out!
